Exhaust sounds like a truck and engine shakes/ticks slightly
Hello.
I was driving on the highway slightly fast and then suddenly going up a hill I noticed my exhaust sounded deeper and different. My engine shakes some at idle and ticks from the bottom at rev/idle in neutral. The tick is not very loud but noticeably different than before.
Any help in appreciated in diagnosing whats going on, just hoping I dont need an engine
mods:
admin tune 93
DCSports Intake
ported upp plenum
Mrev2 low plenum
75mm TB
ART pipes
shockwave tdx2
oil cooler
stillen oil pan
known problems:
leaky valve cover gaskets
o2 sensor codes (cleared)
fuel level sensor codes (cleared)
codes have not come back yet and no others show as well at the point.

I did a compression test and cylinder 4 is dead.
