Does anyone know of a direct replacement for the amber lens in the front headlights of my G35 Coupe? That thing is uuuuglly.

The front signal just needs an amber bulb to be legal. It has to emit amber light.. doesn't matter if you use an amber bulb with a clear lens or a clear bulb with an amber lens.

Nobody makes them. Cadillac Carl has the only ones in existence that I know of, he made them himself. It apparently requires disassembling the headling assembly to replace them.

The legality is with clear side markers - an amber bulb is required to emit amber light, but the other issue is that the side markers must reflect amber as well to be legal -- which clear corners will not do, they'll reflect white if they reflect anything at all (depending on how they're made).

you don't want to rice out a 35k car out now? just get yourself the JDM clear bumper lenses w/ amber bulb, leave the signals amber.. nice combo
