How can you tell how many miles per gallon you are getting?

How can you tell how many miles per gallon you are getting?
Do you need the Nav unit or something?

Reset your trip computer the next time you fill up. Drive around. Next time you go to the gas station divide the miles you went by the gallons it took to fill up.

How did you ever measure the mileage you were getting on your cars before you had the G? Miles/gal.

i've had cars that tell me MPG i was getting. many cars have it in there dash and i was wondering if the G35 had that as well

i averaged 14 on my pervious tank but i CAN average 17-19 pretty sure I can do 20-22 if someone sticks a gun to my head..

^ thats a combo of city and highway driving

20.4 - 21 average over the past 2 years.

Great thing about the Navi, is that you can reset the average after any mods. This makes it really easy to see how they effect your mileage.
