since last friday, ive heard a weird noise in my car. the noise is coming from the passengers footwell. the noise sounds like a deep moan. it can mainly be heard in 1st and 2nd gear and the sound increases/decreases as my RPMs increase/decrease. i left the car running and got out of the car and stuck my ear where the hood meets the windsheild, but i could not hear the noise anymore. so it seems as if the noise can only be heard inside the car. the noise is really starting to worry me. im going to have it checked out as soon as possible....which might not be for a few more weeks.

any ideas to what this might be???

 

try looking under the car....................

 

i actually just did about 30 minutes ago. sounds like i might have an exhaust leak
