Hybrid G35's

Thing is, the Ford GT, corvette, any real power cars are getting really good mpg ratings for what they do.
I think the coupe should read: 18city 27highway

but what if a coupe read 44city 52highway, with the same numbers...
You should get a Z-Tube and an aftermarket Air Filter... preferably the Amsoil EA-Nanofiber filter(EAA74), or the K&N drop-in filter.
You'll get about 1.5-2.2 MPG gain across the board in combined driving economy. The mods will pay for themselves very quickly, and it's pretty much a certified fact that you'll get at least 1 MPG from this mod combo.
I tested the crap out of it and certified it both with my Nav's economy readings as well as manually calculating it via Miles-driven/Pump-Fillup Gallons, and did it over about an 8 month test period.

buy a ****ing civic if you want gas mileage. I want more power, less fuel economy!
that will never see the light of day.

The only thing is that I have read Ghosen (CEO) mention that hybrids only make sence in SUV's and trucks and that they would not be used in regular cars.
It makes me kinda wish the new Mitsubishi Eclipse was out already. It is a hybrid and looks awesome.

Comparing G35 to a Honda Hybirid sheesh what a moron. Try going 0-60 in a fast manner on a Hybird stupid moron.

I think perhaps you bought the wrong car or should move to something that fits our present way of thinking. The G isn't engineered with fuel efficiency as a priority. It's possible in the future you might get a sport touring car with fuel economy as an equal priority but I doubt it.
A Yaris, Prius, Civic or something like that will meet your economy and environmental wishes better.

You can install a grease/oil conversion kit to just about any diesel-powered car relatively easily. You still have to use some diesel fuel until the engine heats up, then you flip a switch to change over and run off the oil/grease.
It's a not-uncommon thing for a lot of tree-hugger types who drive older diesel volvos. The grease detonates when pressurized, which is the same concept used to power diesel engines.... high compression and detonation vs gasoline powered cars which use lower pressures and ignition.
