There are three ways to do this:
1) Nismo HID Projector Fog kit - Cost $1600+ shipping + installation. Possibility of thief is high since they are HID & very expensive.
2) Cut a hole on the black grill and stick some fogs in there - Holes in stock lower grill + fogs + custom installation
3) Mount fog lamps behind the lower black grill - Cost the least, not as good looking as other ones. Can't steal the fog lights as they are located behind the grill.
Here is an example of #3.

Thanks WRAH, that is exactly what I was planning except for the holders for the lights as I bought some with a thicker plastic casing around the lights, so they should do the same job.
On the PIAA's burning out quickly, I think that all depends on the frequency of use, if you drive with your lights on during the day and the fogs on also then yes but here in Cali, I only have my driving lights on and intend to put the fogs on when needed. Changing bulbs every 18 months is not as bad as others things I could be changing like new tires....lol.

Watch out for PIAA's, the DO burn out quickly...
This last summer I changed to PIAA fog lights to my Xterra, within 6 months a bulb was already burnt out. $25 to replace bulb. At about the same time I put PIAA bulbs in my wifes G20, headlights and fogs, both headlights burnt out within 1 week of each other, she does not drive with the head lights on during the day.
I really like the PIAA's when there working, but it sucks they don't last.

yup, when you put on the bulb, make sure you don't touch any glass part. It includes anything .... don't get in contact w/ the glass part, I has a Set of PIAA headlight on my older Accord for over 2 years and it still works fine. But the fog light, it burn out in about 16 months. They are great light bulbs, but price is high and don't seem to last that long..
