I called my dealership (Circle Infiniti, NJ) to schedule them to look at it this coming week, Tuesday. I figured I'd post on here to see if anyone has had this problem or any insight.

When I am driving, specifically at 25-40 mph, I notice a noise coming from the back passenger side of the car, probably around the wheel area. It is an on and off, on and off noise, which almost sounds like a rubbing or squeek from the revolution of the tire, as the sound gets faster when I drive faster. When I push the brake, or use the e-brake, even really lightly, the sound goes away. I dont see how it would be a brake issue, but I don't know what it could be.

Any ideas?

There's actually a TSB on this and a kit. Mine was fixed yesterday.
