Ok If I turn one side all the way up and the other all the way down I should feel a difference in temp comming out of the vents shoudn't I? Both felt the same and I know I paid for DUAL control. Just wondering if any of you know where it might be.

 

Did you have the A/C button on or off? that might make a differance. That's all I can think of. Also was it set to manual mode on both sides?

I had the same problem and called the dealership, they said with the new system it needs about 5 min to really kick in. How long did you let it go before you turned it off? My first time I tried it, after 3 min. or so I turned it off and called the dealer. They were right! It works fine. Give it some time............peace

 

You need to press the Dual Climate control until you have two bar's lightened where the degree temp are. You can control left, right or dual if you keep pressing it. Just tried mine last night just in case and worked like a charm...

 

They may be referring to the heater. It won't blow warm air until the engine warms up, and in auto mode it'll keep the fan at the lowest setting until the engine is warm, so that it doesn't blast you with cold air in the meantime.

LoL ok got in the car and it worked. Don't know what the problem was last time but it works fine. All's well that ends well I guess.
