It looks very nice. First of all you cant compare that to a BBK, one is $4500 the other is $35. If you want looks it is not worth 4500, the painted looks good. You could get just the front stoptechs for 1750 but even that is outrageous if you just want some accent under your wheels and wont be racing the car or have a need for more stopping power. I am faced with the same problem, I want the look but frankly I dont have 1700 or 4500 to waste just to get a look, maybe if I ended up getting the turbo I would opt for the fronts, but 4500 is OUTRAGEOUS to spend if you only want the look.

I know someone is going to say : What about 4500.00 wheels? or a body kit?

these are just brakes, you can find some cool X drilled rotors to compliment your calipers.

Im not a big fan of painting calipers to make them stand out, i prefer them not painted. Reason being is that brembos the whole caliper is painted and the pad is not noticable, with the OEM brakes you can see the back of the pad and i just dont like the look. Looks cheap, but i will give you the credit that you did a good job painting them. Other than that the car looks good man

i think our cars defy the definition of rice. 300 horsepower is not a rice rocket. Maybe if he did a crappy job painting I would say rice, but not here. The red works well, any other color would be iffy. I have brembos ha ha i don't have this problem but i think it looks sweet. Could you paint the pad as well before you install them so everything matches?

i have to agree w/ most, stock calipers compared to brembos that everyone is used in seeing, looks really weak. especially painted in a bright color. the caliper assembly doesnt even look that great. it isnt one solid piece like you would see on lexus or bmw where you cant see the brake pad.

stock g35 brakes suck by the way. are they at least two piston up front and one in rear for non-brembo?
