He doesn't have the car yet so no manual. However, a search would have been appropriate.

If u guys know just answer the guy.. u could have written the answer just as quick as u wrote a search would be more appropriate.. my $.02

1200 miles/2000 kms- 4K rpm or under according to the manual; no heavy slipping of the clutch, no hard braking, no constant rpm, no full throttle.
