What would you do to your G with a G?

Ok if you had a Grand to put into the G what would you do to it?? I just graduated and there is a little unexpected cash burning a hole in my pocket. I have to decide if it's worth putting into the car or If I should just save it. Ah I love those Tough Decisions. So far I've touched on the thought of rims, or a CAI, or................. I don't know I need Help here.

There's not many quality aftermarket parts out yet.....and a G prob isn't enough for rims. I'd probably go with a CAI and a few appearance improvments such as tint, clear corners. You could also go for some springs.

try to get some more money to blow like 200 more then get the tien flex kit for the G. ITs got the little computer thing and you can lower the can while moving though the computer. Lower it like 2 inches or somthing.

Maybe a CAI for now, but I'd save the rest for the flood of products soon to appear. They promised Summer for these things, should be any time now.

Woah Whats this suspension thing you speak of?? Yeah I should probably wait until the current stuff is perfected and the new stuff comes out. I guess Tint and a clear bra will have to do for now. And as for the TT setup if it comes in under 4k I definatly will be saving for that. Just have to worry about warranty issues I suppose. Does anybody know if INGEN fixed all their problems and have a new version of their CAI yet?

I'd either put the G away in savings or only do cosmetic touches. The CAIs grant supposedly underwhelming performance improvements on this car, but you do get more noise if you want that. Just a K&N filter will give you a little more noise on short money. You could only get cheap rims w/o tires for that much, so that'd end up being a cosmetic touch too.

Come to think of it, since you have a black G, that money might be best invested in professional detailing. Get some good, protective product on it. That'll look better than putting cheap, shiny wheels on a scuffed up car.

Or just get a Zex Wet NOS System for like 619 bucks. 50 to 70 shot's of that shouldn't do nuthin to your ride and you'd be ahead of the game...

Re: What would you do to your G with a G?

Well the clear bra and tint were already set to be done soon and the money is set aside for that and as for detailing, I've only had the car for a week so she's not that bad as far as scuffmarks. The Speakers I'm afraid to get changed because the car is completly solid right now and I want her to stay that way. Rims I have considered but I think I might wait til I need new tires anyway cause those friggin things are expensive to begin with. I think I might just have to save up for the TT setup or at least wait to see what coimes of it. Possibly CAI in the meantime but I still would like to maybe see one with it first. Ahh decisions decisions.
