New Wax

Just wondering if anyone else has tried the new Dupont Teflon carwax? I tried it on a small area (before I noticed the dent in the side of my brand new less than 40 mile ride) and was extremely impressed. After I get the dent fixed, I'm going to do the entire car with the stuff. It is super glossy, and smooth like glass, smoother actually. Deep shine too.

The same company makes a teflon wheel/tire cleaner and an interior/dash cleaner/polish. I'm ok with the interior one but the wheel/tire cleaner doesn't clean nearly as well as it leaves a shine. For wax, I use good ol' zymol. Always have. Love the all-natural approach.

I too have been a long time Zymol user, but I wanted to try something new. Zymol is a cleaner wax, and does an outstanding job, this new stuff doesn't clean or polish tiny scratches as nicely, but does leave a really nice and shiny protective shell.

I second the NXT Techwax. thing is excellent and super easy to use. no need
for buffer either, just hand buff.

klasse or zaino for me.

I liked NXT, but it just didn't feel as good as klasse. And I know that it doesnt last as long (just personal experience).

That teflon wheel cleaner is utter crap. Just use dishwasher fluid or simple green to clean, and 303 for "shine". Remember to wax your wheels.
