03 6MT "slip" light coming on while braking hard and cornering

and let me explain a little better...
I am approaching a hard right.....I am braking before turning....I start the corner while braking....It seemed like there was a certain point that once the steering wheel passed the ABS kicked in....it felt like it was in the rt front and the steering wheel carried the vibration as well as the brake pedal....I could not get this to happen while doing the same thing but going left.....so I am concerned that there may be something wrong with the ABS or VDC...
just wanted some input....

VDC can bias brake/abs to one wheel. It sounds horrible and rather harshly jerks the car into a safer angle in the turn. Its abrubt and unsettling, but its definately doing alot of good. I've noticed that it activates sooner if the car rolls over an expansion joint or the grade of the road changes in the turn. This is probably why you've felt it in only one spot.
