OK guys. What's the secret? How the heck do you hold the white, teflon or torlon nut that has NO FLIPPIN' SIDES on it to rotate? Mine is somewhat chewed up from the darn vice grips and I couldn't get it to budge.

I'm 6'6" and I have headroom now.

Just don't go to far or your seat won't move, I was going for max headroom.
