HomieG35,
I am sorry for what happened to your car. However, I do have some good news for you. As stated by the law, if you are rearended by another driver, the other driver is subject to payment for damages to your car as well as his. I only know this because my brother also was rearended and the other driver had to pay for all of my brothers damage on his car. I hope this helps.
Thanks,
Chase

Thanks Chase! Did he have an aftermarket bumper? I'm not sure whether to straight up tell them, "Look, I have a different bumper on this thing that cost me xxxx that needs to be repaired/replace." Or just play it low. So far all I said was that it was cracked and chipped....I'm waiting to hear back form the claims office hopefully tomorrow.
Thanks for all the help though guys! You've made me feel alot more confident when making my calls and talking with the people that I need[ed] to!

No, my brother's car was totally stock at the time. However, if you keep it on the down low and your aftermarket bumper/bodykit is repairable, just send him the bill, and say, this is the damage you caused from the accident which you are subject to pay. I don't really think it matters if your bumper is aftermarket because he still hit you, and the law doesn't void because of your aftermarket parts.
Thanks,
Chase
