I am 17 years old and have had my car for 15 days and i didnt know about the 4000 rpm rule but since i found out about it i have gotten better do you think i could of screwed up anything??

 

If you go over 4000 RPMs once in a while it's not bad, just don't make it a habit of doing it every day until you pass the 1200-mile barrier.

hey im 16 and i could keep the break in period you should be able to handel it. well i lasted till 1180miles.

 

Don't worry bro, just don't do it too often. I doubt you botched anything, and it's prolly good to go 5 or 6 periodically to 'tune' it up.
Wait 'till 1200 tho to do some serious thrashing.

it o.k.....i did it a couple of times.....BUt i really don't like the breakin period at all..
