^BUMP^

I have an idea. If we keep bumping this thread and keeping it at the top, maybe, and that's a big maybe, a newb would actually see this thread before creating a new thread on this same exact topic.

What we really need is for someone to write an article that people could refer to that covers:
-G35 history (changes made from 03 to 04 to 05, etc)
-What tire sizes will fit on stock rims
-Performance data summary (0-60, etc)
-Link to TSB website for known problems
-Pictures of splash guards
-Description and pix of aero package vs. aero kit vs. nothing extra
-What a z-tube is
-What VDC is
-What a clear bra is
-A poll of whether driving w/ the moonroof tilted up is hot or not.
-Oh, and last but not least, how to perform a burnout

hahahaha, these last 2 are my favorite. Anytime I see a thread with "which one looks hawt", I laugh my a$$ off, funny chit! I can't believe a human being could/would ask such stupid questions. The moonroof one you posted sounds like a man asking if his butt looks big in a certain pair of pants. And like **** on a boar, it just don't belong

Of course the moonroof tilted up is hot.............and I read somewhere it cuts off another 0.01 coefficient of drag.

Actually, it provided some downforce at speeds above 130mph.

Brembo's rule!
I recently test drove the 05 6MT with those larger rotors etc. and the first few high speed stops are good, then they are hot; the next few stops made me realize it was wise to buy the 04, the Brembo's have NO FADE; also the new interior mods etc. don't make up for the Altima AC ***** & changed layout, it just didn't work for me; the 04 had a much better layout.

Another thing I noticed is the 05 6MT seemed to rev easier than my 04 6MT, but definately didn't pull nearly as hard up to 5000RPM's and the top was about the same as mine with the CAI; with VDC off I have no prob shifting at 7000 and it feels like it could go higher, just no use to do that.
