hey guys i was wondering do u think it's acceptable to take a G35 coupe to UT AUSTIN? I have already placed an order on one. I pick it up in july and head off to austin in august. I have a choice of giving it to my brother and takin his G35 sedan or taking the coupe

You must be one really nice guy if you'd give your brother a brand new coupe in return for his four door sedan, nothing against the sedan folks. Or, your brother's got some bad scoop on you.... The only slightly better thing about the sedan is it can hold more people comfortably for a longer time. But, hey, who cares?

Keep the coupe, in my opinion. No one'll mind plus it could be a chick magnet which isn't half bad.

I grew up in Austin, the town is really laid back. No one really gives a ***** what you drive really. They are more worried about getting drunk and smokin' bud. Your coupe should be fine there.........Hook'm Horns!

hey man... Congrats on your order. I just got my coupe last Saturday and I will be going to UT this summer for the Summer Academy in Architecture. I will be living in dorms for the summer but I plan on moving into an apartment in the fall. I have asked around on this forum about taking a G to UT. I was concerened with vandalism but then I was like ***** it... it's a car. Things will happen, and some people are just gay and get jealous easily but don't let that stop you from enjoying your car. Hope to see you around man. Mines is a Black/Black 6mt prem and aero.

 

hey koduka8885, when do you leave? and g35pimp, when will you get to ut? i will be getting my coupe on june 19th give or take a week. maybe we could all meet up if everyone is in town.
