Ok heres the deal, Last month I was about to get an IP 6 MT with willow interior but the deal fell through so this is my newest proposition....


First off im leasing...

My car is 429 a month, its a Twighlight blue 5 AT withe Everything except NAV and SAT and its an 04'. The car has about 10.5k Miles on it so its still very low milage. I absolulty LOVE my color, I loooooked all over to get it and finally got it. I originally got a 5 A/T because I didnt really know how to drive a stick and now I have learned from a friend b/c he taught me on his Prelude SH. I feel pretty confident in my ability and even the the G is a hard car to really start stick on im not too worried about that. Money is DEFINETLY an issue b/c I am a college student and mommy and daddy dont have the $ to pay for new rotos and a clutch lol. I have 34 months remaining and my buyout is sumwhere around 19k. If i were to pay for it all and buy the car it will be near 40k.

Now the 6 M/T is a 2003.5 with 18k. I looked up the diff betwen an 04 and an 03 and I found very subtle differences in the two fro the 6 Speed. The cd player is faster when switching CD's (Pshh Like anyone listens to CD's when we have this beautiful exhaust) And some Minor interior stuff. The 6 M/T is Diamond Graphite which I really wasnt considering b/c to me it looks a little bland but I really havent seen great pictures (Its my opinion, plz dont flame). It would be awsome if you guys can give me some pictures of some DG coupes. I would greatly appreciate it. The reason why I want to go from an AT to a 6mt is because Im only going to be young once, so I might as well drive stick while I can before I turn 40 and just wnat something convienent (sorry for the generalization, it was just a figure)

Do you guys think the extra 8k will really affect the cars? Oh ya the car comes with Winter tires. and obvisouly our beloved high maintanance Pilots lol. The car is 448 a month which is only a 20 dollar jump for me which isnt bad but its only a 20 month lease and after that I have the opportunity to buy it for 18,200. With my deposit + my remaining payments + 18200 that equals to = 32,000 for a 6 MT basically buying it like 5 months used (b/c i had my car). Im def gonna buy tthe car, the brembros I truly consider to be a nuetral b/c i hear so much negative feedback about them and soo much praise for them, Im an average driver who seldom goes 100+. I usualy cruise about 75-85 mph. I think ive made the Slip light come on once in 7 months so im not too crazy of a driver.

You want to trade your car with another person? I am assuming he is going to take over your lease and you his. If Giving up $20 more a month (a Venti Latte a week ) for a new color and transmission is worth it for you, then go ahead and do it.

I just might make your day. I am thinking of getting out of my 2004 DG 6 speed. I have a small child and it just isn't practical...as I am sure you know. The car has premium, aero, 6speed, light tints and is truly immaculate (I am one of the many guys on this site that is crazy about his car). I have 23 months left on my lease and pay only $420 a month! Best of all the car only has 6,000 miles on it because i drive it to the train and back, but use the truck mostly on the weekends (child car seat...etc). I am going to get an 05 6mt sedan as a replacement. There are some pretty easy ways to swap leases these days.
