Most Comfortable Road Trip
Just completed a 3300 mile jaunt from Dallas to Phoenix to San Diego to LA, and back to Dallas.(plus lots in between) My best gas mileage was 26.3 averaging 82 mph on the long stretches. The worst tank mileage was 23.4 due to running 100+ for many, many miles in west Texas. Also had a couple of 130 and 140 mph bursts. The overall trip (all city/highway driving) resulted in 24.07mpg. Average speed for the whole trip was 70.8mph. Not bad mileage to say the least. Also enjoyed a moment on 5th Street in San Diego when some dude standing on the corner said to his girl, "What is that?", referring to my ride as I make the turn. But, the best part of the journey was the unbelievable comfort. The butt is no worse for wear and no fatigue whatsoever. Very pleased with the smoothness and comfort of this car. Can't wait for the next one.
