Does anyone out there have a DG or any colored coupe with painted calipers only on the front of their cars. I have an '05 AT and thought it might look nice just to do the front since they are larger. Thank you in advance. I might get flamed for this one, take it easy on me.

 

i remember someone posting pics of their '05 with painted calipers not too long ago. can't remember in which forum or who it was. try running a search... i know it's on this website somewhere. maybe someone else knows who it was or where the link is?

What do you guys think about just doing the fronts not the rears. G8tor did you take your wheels off or painted throught the rims?

 

That thread should have talked about it. I took off the rims but did nothing else. I would do the back ones too. Don't worry about them not being big. Many rear brakes are not big. I think it'll look goofy with colored fronts and stock rears. Just my opinion though.

Another thing you'll get from that thread is don't worry about anyone else. Its your car. Enjoy it. You wanna paint each caliper a different color, who cares. As long as you are happy and enjoying it. I enjoy my red calipers even though the Brembo people swear against what I did. Oh well......
