today was a rainy day and my windshield wipers were on pretty often, and i was amazed that my radar detector was still working, how do you guys explain this? dont the windshield wipers interrupt the signals that the detector receives?

uhm, because radar is really small and it bounces off stuff.........and your windshield wiper doesn't completely block the detector
