is the dealer trying to RIP ME off on my 15k service maintenance?

my car has 12800 miles on it, i called inifniti today because its due for its oil change... the guy told me that my car is due for its 15k service maintenance...

is this right? My car is nowhere near 15k miles... he says its free though cuz im still under my free maintenance period... isnt there suppose to be one at 11k or so? please help, cause my appt is tomorrow at noon, and i dont want them to rip me off...

well doesnt hurt anything, what im worried about is, if they do my 15k maintenance, how about my 11k? is there even spose to be an 11k maintenance? or just at 15k? I'm not sure, some girl I spoke with said that there was an 11k maintenance, I wasn't sure if she knew what she was talking about...

The guy from infiniti said they will change my oil, check lubrication, battery, rotate tires, etc...

Service and maintenance guide recommends service every 3,750 miles or 3 months (so should have service at 11,250 or 9 months). For 15K service, I had dealer change oil and did rest myself.

While we are on the subject, does the free dealer oil changes include synthetic oil? Any ideas what type of oil Infiniti uses?

I'm a fan of 5000 mile changes using Mobile 1. In fact, when I take delivery of my new G, I'll be driving it home and putting it on jackstands immediately.

What weight of mobile 1 is everyone using? Has anyone had a mobile 1 oil sample analyized at the 5k interval?

ok so is it okay for me to take my car in for the 15k service maintenance if its only got 12,700 miles on it? since they told me its still free...

not sure how long its going to be free for maintenance and oil changes, is it 3 yrs or 30,000 miles which ever comes first?

15K is probably oil change, cabin filter, and diff fluid. atleast thats what it is on my parents MDX + rotate. i didn't add that because we have staggerd setup and cannot rotate.
