When I sold my car, the pilots had about 12k miles and were about 1/2 worn. Not bad wear for a good performing tire, altho I drive conservatively.

This, ladies and gentleman is why you don't track expensive-to-replace street tires, or as Eagle1 eloquently put it "Those look great on the street, but that is where they should stay."

How long do you think your Re050s will last? Those pics look pretty bad for 2k miles.
