Paint Scratch
Re: Paint Scratch
Where can I get the exact type of touch up paint? It's not even a scratch. The paint just got shaved and scraped. It's killing me, I'll just call the bodyshop and see how much they say. Even my parents are telling me not to do anything.

Re: Paint Scratch
All dealerships' Parts Departments usually offer touch-up paint that is an exact factory match for the paint of the cars they sell. I usually always get some from them soon after I buy a new car, because chips and scratches are an unfortunate fact of life when you own a car.
I recommend you just give yourself some time to adjust psychologically to the fact that your car is no longer perfect. Right now, you're still in shock, and that's a bad state of mind to make money-spending decisions. Like I said, you can start with the cheap remedy, then later escalate to the full salon repair if it still suits you.
Otherwise, some money-grubbing body shop owner will no doubt be glad to bend you over his desk ... in the name of relieving you from your grief!
It's not that bad, dude, really.
