Lastnight It was raining extremly hard. Hard enough that it looked like the whole road was one big puddle. Naturally I decided to see how well the brakes worked in these conditions and the EBD Brake Assist and whatever else there is on this car to make sure it stops. And DAMN does this car stop!!! In the rain from around 50-0 was extremly quick with little or no skidding and barely even some ABS. I was pretty impressed, also tried braking and steering in a parkinglot and she just goes where you want her to and stops on a dime. Pretty carazy!! Dont know if anyone else has tested out these brakes yet but I highly reccomend it.

 

I had my first tru "Panic Braking" situation yesterday. I was zooming around on a 2 lane road and had an SUV pull out in front of me - I had even high beamed the ***** and he still pulled out. Well, I slammed on the brakes and the car slowed beautifully! I even had a foot to spare from his bumper!

Funny thing, is I wasn't so pissed at the guy, because I was so giddy with my car's ability to stop. LOL.

I have a 94 stealth TT as well and when I switch between that and my coupe I can feel the difference big time ... I can't open my coffee until I get away from all the stop lights ..

for the first 10 minutes I brake like an 80 year old nun ..

I believe that the G35 brakes from 60 - 0 in about 110 or 112 feet. That is about par with some of the world's best supercars. I have slammed on my brakes several times due to people cutting me off while I was trying to jam the open lane. This car stops on a dime and gives you back .09 cents in change!! I also had 4 people in the car at a different time and my friends couldn't believe how fast the G35 stopped! That's my baby!
