Ok so everyone knows that they arent exactly "up to our standards" of course im talking about the non-brembos. I've gone in for maintenance twice for brakes in less then a 5-6 months or so. I didnt have to pay for them but this guy at work with a 03 G35 Sedan told me that Nissan/Infiniti had recalled the brakes for non-brembo 03 G35s and that we get free pads and rotors for life, is this true or is he talking bs

 

False. Free for only 3 years/36 months.

 

what arent you happy with about the brakes you have exactly? are you experiencing brake fade, no initial bite, do the pads get glazed easily? if so, you might want to try some better brake fluid [like motul or something] and experiment with different pads. you will be amazed at what is out there and how big the difference can be. give it a try!
