Scratch oh no

My dumb *** scratched my car but I'm thinking it might not be too expensive to fix. What do you guys think? I have a scratch/scuff near the back right tire of my car. It is actually right in front of the back right tire on the wheel well. It looks like there's some sort of thin plastic protection on the wheel well but I'm not sure. This is what was scratched Do you guys know if that's what it is? Maybe they can just take off the plastic and put a new piece on? (I have an 05 coupe)

Thanks

If you upped a picture, you might get a response to your question. As it is, there is no way anyone could give you any advice...

Your description is confusing.
If it is the clear bra patch in front of the rear wheels, you cannot get the scratch out.
If it is down to the paint, it will have to be resprayed/blended.
If it is just on the clearcoat, try Meguiar's ScratchX. Worked great for me!

Meguiar's Scratch-X If it's to the paint and not down to the metal.
Helped me out

If it is on the clear bra part, then just replace the clear bra.

Meguiar's ScratchX works great as other mentioned. It works really well on surface scratches... I was surprised after I used it for the first time because I couldn't find the spot where the scratch used to be.
