to me.custom kit is not mass production made.you order it,they make your out from scratch and you can order to be made to your spec.

 

i dunno.. i think a few of those were modified mass produced kits. This guy had a shop make it from scratch. no pre-made stuff.. that's what I like about it.

Any dynographs of this setup yet? I'll like to see the power band on the sc63 in a G35.
And what's the cost so far? I'm lookin into the greddy kit but would rather have a custom kit if the price is reasonable.

Here is the low down on the package for everyone interested.

This package is base level (fully modifyable, upgradeable) system for around 400 hp. We can change anything to suite the power you are looking for now or down the road such as a larger turbo, built motor without having to redo piping.

Precision turbo (garret based, custom ported, special impeller, very efficient)
750 HP presicion intercooler (higher quality for cooler air temps, bar-plate construction, good to 750HP)

RC engineering injectors

tail blow off valve

tail wastegate (external wastegate, not internal like other kits)

clamps are all T bolt clamps( non of that crappy screw type clamps you get from autozone)

all stainless steel piping is used throughout

all tig welded (our welds are impressive!)

K&N airfilter

split second engine managment

down pipe uses V-bands

intercooler piping is routed through the engine bay instead of under the car like some other kits (no damage to piping by bottoming out, allows lowering of vehicle, much cleaner system)

manual boost controller

high boost couplers for intercooler piping.

This package is a custom one-off system made on the specific car, and is tuned for a perfect air/fuel ratio.

larger injectors
larger turbo
fuel return line kit( because of the engine managment we use there is no real need for this unless you are going for high HP)
