I was already planning to move out before this whole incident occurred. To me, it just doesn't seem fair that he could do something that out of line and get away with it. I will definitely try to get my roomate to confess or find a friend who would tell me. I have already argued with my roomate and I got nothing out of it. He actually said, "Off the record, let's say that I did it." If he said something like that, it seems like he was already thinking that I was trying to get him to confess. He definitely is a psycho. He actually split up our dorm room in half and put a webcam overlooking his side. Is it not against the law to set up a webcam like that even if it is only on his side of the room? I had been friends with him in the first place, but then he messed everything up by starting a fight with me. Now he keys my car. I really want to take revenge. Too bad I am caught up with the consequences, i.e. worst damage to my car!

Those that told me to be the bigger person are being very reasonable. I understand that logic 100%, but I can't avoid thinking about how ****ed up my roomate is each day. Every time I think of it, I get really pissed off and it ruins my day. I think if I were to fight him or take revenge, it might relieve my anger.

I actually want to make him pay for it and take revenge...I have no idea of what to do!
