Were the replacement pipes you recieved significantly differnt than the first set of faulty pipes (in regards to the bends)? I have had the replacements on for about 10K now with absolutlely no change in pitch, no blowback, and none of the other signature problems associated with the blowback. Im thinking you might have just gotten the same set of pipes.... again. My replacements were bent MUCH differntly and had a significantly smaller resonator (the same size as the resonator on the midpipe for a 350z) in the pipe. My bet, they sent you an original.

You will have to send them a formal demand letter before you file a court claim. Your demand letter should explain the details of your complaint, exactly how much you are requesting, and a final date when it needs to be paid (usually 1 week). Send this to them via certified mail with delivery confirmation so you will have proof they received it. The demand letter, in many instances, will resolve the problem. If not, you will have to file a claim. If you need more help, send me a PM.

Hey G352NV I have taken 3 people to small claims court so if you need any info let me know, but I would first write to them and outline what you need to be done as this will be later used in court if that's where it ends up.

I have exact same problem... But I am going to give up on it. You can't win against the big company.

You will see the glass on your bumper. I wash my car drive around the block and it all over the back over the car!

If all else fails, then go to small claims court. For a few more dollars, you can have a sheriff (or is it a marshall?) deliver the subpeona. With this type of situation, Injen will probably settle out of court with a mediator.

same problem here, 2 sets of replacements and i've got the same thing happening. It starts out sounding like it is fixed, but always ends up with my exhaust sounding like crap. Let me know if you get anykind of + results so that I can do the same .

I had the exact same problem you did, but I also had a problem with the exhaust breaking at the shiitty welds. I got my midpipes replaced and after they still blew fiberglass, I repacked them myself with steel wool and now they say since I repacked them myself they wont fix my exhaust because I voided the warranty. The exhaust is a pile of **** when it comes from injen, but now that I put about 5 hours of my own fabrication into it, it is functional. NO THANKS TO INJEN AND THEIR HORRIBLE QUALITY.

IF this goes to small claims court, get several of the people on driver who've had the same problem as you give a very brief 2 or 3 sentence write up explaining that they've had the same problem with Injen and have them write down what Injen instructed them to do about the problem.

Also get their name, address and phone number on the write up and have the people get the write up NOTARIZED and then mailed to you. It would be very useful for any judge to see that this is a common problem that is not being properly addressed and not just one isolated incident.

BTW, don't forget to post the names of the people who actually help you. I'd be willing to bet if 20 people posted with this problem, you'd be lucky to have 2 of them actually do what I just mentioned.
