Hotchkis or Stillen for Sway bars?
sway bars is probably one of the easiest mods to do on the car. Just unbolt... and rebolt with new stuff. the end
ANY ONE can confirm on 05 sport suspension being any different then 04s

I have Hotchkis and they used to squeak. I just took them apart and greased the crap out of it. Solved all my problems. I have them on stiffest in the back and medium in the front if memory serves me right. Car handles like a dream.
Sway bars pretty much do the same thing. Its hard to say that one is better then the other. Most of the bars now come with adjustability and the more high end once come with collars. For the most part its just personal preference and how much money you willing to dish out.
I have the 350evos. I have had nothing but good luck with them. They come with the collars, and their specs are known. That way I can make changes with out guessing what the settings might turn out to be. (do a search - I posted these recently). I've been running on med/med for autox, but I may try stiff/stiff at the next event.
Benefits of 350evos:
- collars
- polyurathane bushings
- rear goes below exhaust (but causes no clearance issues for me - not lowered)
- outstanding craftsmanship and customer service
- known specs
Disadvantages
- poly bushings do require periodic maintenance (cleaning and relubing)
- solid bars so they are heavier than stock
As far as reliablility - they should all be the same. I have never heard of a sway bar failure!

very rare to not at all will you hear a bar snap. A few stories i heard from my old forums was only of the bar being too stiff and ripping out the endlings and the mounts for the bushings. Other then that nothing more.
I can imagine how heavy the 350evo bars are. cause i know on my old car the bars i had Suspension Techniques were solid and were a ton compare to the stock. But the car handled like a dream. wish ST would make bars for G. ALSO... ST bars didnt have any colars either and I didnt have any issues with the bars sliding even at the track conditions.

If you want, there's a group buy going on for sway bars: http://www.6mt.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10762
