I noticed that some LS430s and some GX470s with sport package (as well some some optional GS package) have that dark satin silver finish that is so difficult to match on coupe 18" wheels. Anyone know if Lexus might have touchup paint for their wheels? If so, just by eyeballing it, I think we might have a place to get touch up finally. Since our wheels are a two part paint, it might not be possible but its worth asking Lexus. I've looked online and dont see anything.. I might call them Monday and ask as well.

 

how do you know if lexus' wheels have the same color as the 18 inch?

 

I dont. I just saw them on the lot and they are the closest I've seen. It's close enough that I wouldnt hesitate to buy it and try. I dont have anything really worth messing with, just a tiny pin head size chip and small scratch.. But given the efforts of some other to mix a color, I think that Lexus color might be worth hunting down.
