someone correct me if Im wrong, but I would assume it is governor limited to 155, just like the 03-04s.

Eric, it prolly can go over 155, but i think its governed, so the fuel wont pump anymore...

the TS reflash can remove the governor, not sure what the actual top speed would be then. Ive done 150 and it felt like it could keep going, but I wouldnt think much over 160.

After 145mph it very slowly creeps to 150mph. MPG@150mph=who cares?

on my dyno it hit 156.10 in 5th gear

Yes, I would not doubt you reached that speed on a dyno. However, there is this layer of air surrounding our planet Earth called the atmosphere that imposes a force of drag as you try going through it. By personal experience, it takes too long to go from 140mph on up, and maybe with enough road you could reach 156mph.
