Grubbs or Not?

Hello all.
You guys need to help me to get out of this dilemma.
I want to get G coupe 6MT with premium and aero package.
I got a deal from a local dealer for about 2K off MSRP which I think it's pretty reasonable for SoCal.
However I read from Freshalloy.com with Grubbs Infiniti for invoice + 500 with shipping charge of $800.
Did anyone get from Grubbs and how much it was?
Does G needs to be modified due to strict California emission?
Thanks in advance for your input.
Have a great week.

2k off MSRP seems like a pretty good deal actually. I recently received my car from Grubbs and I got invoice + 500. Shipping plus wrap ended up around 780 actually. But in the end, 2k off msrp would probably be an almost equal deal after getting a car shipped from texas. As for emissions, nothing extra is needed. You just need to go to the DMV for registration and get a smog done. That's it. If you can get that deal, you can save yourself the hassel and worry of transport. In my case, no dealership wanted to budge any more than 50 below MSRP. So I just took my business to Grubbs and they were friendly and flexible with everything I asked for.

Grubbs is worth a call no matter what price you have come up with.
I know if I were in the U.S. they'd be on my must call list.

Definitely Recommend GRUBBS!

I purchased a 04 6MT/Aero/Premium in September 04 at invoice. That is.. Tax, Title, licence out the door for $35,671.00.

What made this such a great deal. I called them up, told them what I wanted and they had exactly that in stock. Struck a 15 minute deal over the phone. Within minutes, I booked a one-way flight to Dallas/FT Worth and the dealer met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership, where they had my chariot waiting for me. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Not like any other car buying experience I or anyone I have know has ever had. I drove back to Corpus Christi in under 7 hours. So, if you are considering a new G35, Grubbs is definiely a safe choice.

GOOD LUCK!!!

G35 coupe 6MT with premium and aero package only:
MSRP =$37,630
Invoice =$34,358
Diff =$ 3,272
- disc -$ 2,000
- shppg -$ 800
leaves you @ $472 net over invoice. So the way I see it, you can pay $28 more to Grubbs and deal with smogging & the DMW yourself OR get it at the SoCal dealer and have less hassle.
To me..my time is to valuable to waste smogging or at the hellacious DWV.
