If you consider that 8-10k hit, you can go FI with the TL, or get NA mods /w a new suspension, coilovers perhaps.... that will make you smile all day long!!!

I have a 2004.5 Infiniti G35 coupe with navi and all the extras. The car has 16K miles and its in perfect condition.

it also has $2K JDM foglights on the car

Im willing to trade with you if you like because I might be needing a 4 door car really soon.

Im in Forest Hills, NY and we can meet and discuss the transaction. What color is your car and does it have navi. Like I said we are both sorta in the same boat and the transaction can benefit both.

i just traded in my 03 tl-s for a 05 fully loaded g35. In my experience the tl is just as quick as the g35, it may not make alot of noise but it outruns alot of cars on the road. Dont get me wrong i love my g35, but there is no comparison to the comfort that you recieve in the tl. My advice is stick with it for a few more years not to get upside down with a brand new car. There are many performance mods for the tl that will make it more of an experience to drive, spend your 4 or 5k there if thats what you want.

I bought the g35 sedan, and I regretted it after, wish I got the coupe. But hey, I'm not all that rich to trade it in and take sucha huge loss, so I'm just suckin it up and living with my decision

My friend is regret of buying 05 TL after having a ride in my 05 G35 sedan. He thought TL's ride was pretty comfortable, and the gadgets are pretty cool. But, when time passes by, he finds out that actually those gadgets are pretty much useless most of the time, and TL is NEVER, EVER, fun to drive. He believes G35 is a better car, FOR HIM.

Actually, are you sure G35 is suitable for you? I have a feeling that the new 3 series is what you are looking for instead.... the best balance between comfort, luxury, and handling.

Anyhow....life is short! Have fun when you can

The HID's and the stock stero in the G are nowhere near the quality in my Acura. If they are both HID's, why does the Acura make the G's HID look so yellow?
Are you sure you have the stock bulbs in your TL-S? My wife used to have an 03 TL-P (we traded it for an 05'). It's HIDs left the same white pattern on the garage wall as my G did. Though her 05' TL's Projector hids blows away my G's hids...

As for the stereo, though, I think that where you are wrong. The bose stereo in our 03' TL was an utter piece of crap. Absolutely no bass what so ever. The 2G TL's also hated playing CD-RWs as well.

You are going to take a hit and loose your extended warranty so before you go trade anything, go test drive the G and make sure you get to push it and see if its what you are looking for, these type of mistakes can get expensive... it be stupid to make a second one...

You can actually get a pro-rated refund on your extended warranty. When we got rid of our 03' TL, we just needed to fed-ex the sales form, that shows that you sold the car, along with the odometer reading, to the dealer you bought the car from. (Doesn't matter if you got an Acura extended warranty or 3rd party warranty).

The dealer will then cut you a check for the portion of the extended warranty you didn't use.
