i am not in debt, meaning i have bucks to spend. (couple grands on my hand)
one thing i seriously dont get is that z-tube and k&n filter
why so many people demand for it? i think injen CAI and AEM V2 intake give you better numbers.
anyone wanna clarify injen CAI, AEM V2, Z-tube w/ k&n filter?
i ask this question so often and i still dont get the z-tube w/ k&n filter.
Dj Cyntex, i live in VA so i dont think that it was me
thank you all

it really doesn't matter if it's a 5AT or 6MT.it doesn't matter if it an infiniti or porsche.you can mod a civic or a minivan and beat a ferrari.
it all coming down to how far you want to go.what is your goal.what are you looking to gain and how much can you afford to spend.""
turboed mini van HAHAHAHHA LoL

Anyway, I dont regret going AT either. Much better for daily driving. I've got my Vette and Porsche for my weekend MT cars, but I hated having to be stuck driving them every day. In traffic, in the city (yikes!), when im tired, dont feel like shifting, etc pain in the ***.
Im starting off with a Z-Tube. I dont really want to void my 100,000 mile warranty

As far as comfort goes there is no additional noise. The RPMs are slightly higher of course. The throttle definitely feels more responsive. I can't wait to get it on the track.
I had it done at Performance Nissan in Duarte, CA. A differential rebuild will run you about $1000 parts and labor included. Your best bet is to find someone who has upgraded to a Nismo LSD and see if they'll sell you their OEM unit. You'll save a ton on labor that way since it doesn't have to be rebuilt, just bolted up to your axle. Just make sure that it is a limited slip differential (very important if you are into racing).
