I was a mortgage broker and now work for a mortgage wholesaler. The lender I work for can do 100%, stated 12 months out of bk. I could hook you up with a local broker and I could make sure it gets done.

Cool. so are you going to sell the Envoy XL? That sucks that you will have to pay taxes on the MSRP of the car, even though someone buying an Envoy would be able to get it for a few thousand off of sticker.

That is great!!! Congrats. I think all of us right now are jealous. Some might personally like the Envoy, but if it was me, my car would be at an APS reseller the day I sold the car back to dealer, or private party.
