I was a mortgage broker and now work for a mortgage wholesaler. The lender I work for can do 100%, stated 12 months out of bk. I could hook you up with a local broker and I could make sure it gets done.

Cool. so are you going to sell the Envoy XL? That sucks that you will have to pay taxes on the MSRP of the car, even though someone buying an Envoy would be able to get it for a few thousand off of sticker.

Envoy XL's are nice, I have an avalanche and the midgate kicks ***. You will like it. drive it a while and then sell it off. Good deal.

I like that idea! If you sell it back, make sure they don't title it to you. If the car is untitled, you can get more for it. Twin Turbo, here you come!

So what are you going to do with it?? Insurance on two cars has got to be hard on you. I'd sell it back and save for a house. A possible down payment.

That is great!!! Congrats. I think all of us right now are jealous. Some might personally like the Envoy, but if it was me, my car would be at an APS reseller the day I sold the car back to dealer, or private party.

One word of advice, call your accountant and talk to them about your tax liability so there are no surprises in the future.

Have fun with your winnings.
