I was wondering, if you have sirius or xm, does it play through the stock sound system or is there a separate module to play the sat radio through, can anyone provide pics for me what the xm or sirius systems look like in the car? Ive never seen a car with xm or sirius that comes stock and im just curious as to what it looks like.

There is a tuner in the trunk that connects to the stock unit.

Thanks Thats the antenna, so what about the inside of the car? Is there any XM equipment in the car near the radio or something like that other than the tuner in the trunk, or do you just press a button on the stock radio to turn on the XM radio?

I think its kinda dumb to have it on the exterior like that, isnt that a bit easy for someone to damge or steal? I saw on 6mt.net a diy to put the antenna in the car by the rear window, I think Im gonna do that when I get the car.

I have mine on the rear deck and it works well, I also put a metal plate under it; people seem to only have problems when they tint.
