My opinion is to stay away. It looks like it is modeled off the B&M shifter. Do a search both here and my350Z.com and see how many problems people are having with the B&M. If you are looking for a new shifter, I would recommend Rogue. Not too much difference in the shortness of the throw, but the shifts are so much smoother than before. I know that Fidanza are known for their flywheels, but who knows, they might make a good shifter.
