The only thing I can see this does other than "bling", is hold back air from going over the radiator and force it to go directly through it, helping to cool down the passing coolant. That would be the plus. The minus.....your blowing hotter air into your air intake if you have a aftermarket or if you have oem, your not giving it as much air during movement. More of a minus! Thats my $0.02,

ok, this is an issue that we have just been informed of. this was the first batch of these for G35 coupe from GReddy. we are looking into a remedy from GReddy as we speak. obviously, we had no way of knowing that this was going to be an issue, as we very rarely open boxes to inspect GReddy products. once GReddy gets back to us, we will be contacting the 3 customers that bought them. most likely, a call tag will be sent out to have the product picked up, and returned to our warehouse. the customers do not have to pay, of course, for the call tag. once the product is recieved, the customer can either have their monies returned in full, or keep the monies on file for an alternative product. GReddy products in general, are very very high quality, and their reputation is superb. our apologies to our customers that purchased the product, as again, we had no way of knowing that this would happen.
