Hey GTO2050, I too learned on a RWD car before VDC! A 73 Dodge Dart Sport (240 hp 290lb/ft torque) That baby taught me how to really drive. Oh, and yes
FWD in NASCAR....well no accidents but I could just hear the team communications between drivers and their crew chiefs. "My car is plowing like a dump truck through every turn of every race" Ha, ha, ha.....

You sure do have problems with medians..

No wheel drive?

Focus: You spun out mostly because of driving skill/style. I've found, bone stock, taking my car up and down the twisties, (Bear Mtn., Skyline Drive,......)that I've been able to control any oversteer that I've induced, VDC off. Don't blame the car for driver error, and learn how to countersteer. Either that or don't turn VDC off! VDC is more than just traction control. You don't want to spin out, learn how to handle your car or let it handle itself. I've turned VDC off in the rain before, gave her too much gas on a left and countersteered for about 1000 feet. No spin. Rant over.

If you've never spun out while driving agressively, then in this thread yes, you are an expert. Thanks!

Practicing on a wet parking lot will teach you very well. Oh and driving in some places in South America automatically make you a pro lol! So much chaos over there.

I thought you had to spin out more than three times to be considered a good driver

your $18,000 prelude doesn't handle better, you just don't know how to handle a rwd yet. there is a reason they don't make f1, indy, or nascar fwd.
