The break-in period of 1200 miles is going to be soooo long

Why rush to get all those speeding tickets that mr. police man is waiting to give you.

I've got 750+ on the '05 6MT Coupe I got less than a week ago, learning to drive stick kept me motivated to drive non-stop.

yeah, seriously, you don't want the miles to fly by so fast.. i just got 3000 miles on em' today, and i bought the car two montsh ago. now that it's done breaking in nice and good, it's time to show off it's power!

I've had mine for 8 weeks and it's only got 105 miles on it! But on the other hand, it's been full-throttle more than most people have by 2000 miles

motor break-in == wive's tale == most boring way to enjoy a new car

No babying here... My daily driver or I get driven by the public transit. Working in the city means no parking or overpriced parking spot.

I do wish that I can drive it to work cause the trains suck!

Yep, February ... but I bet you enjoy every minute that you are driving it regardless of mileage that you current racked up.

It's a long time... I have had mine only a couple weeks and have only 225 or so. The ONLY downside to having a <10 mile round trip commute!
