My idle did the same thing... it kind of went down lower when I installed the crawford plenum...

Congrats on the new ride... But you got rid of the Supra... it's for the better right...

Have Fun modding your new toy...

The same thing happened to Neffster here on the forums. We were at Lokey Infiniti and he had the service director raise his idle 200rpms and is doing fine. Go to your local dealer and see if they will do the same, even though you have an aftermarket intake setup.

I still have my 500hp Cobra. The key is in keeping both cars.
Anyways, a car is a just a car.

Umm...sorry but I call BS on the supra...at least the dyno part. I'm a senior member on supraforums (not that Mark Tozer i-supra stuff) and everyone knows BPU supras dont put down 478 to the wheels...anything around 410rwhp is already considered real healthy. My last bpu supra probably put down 400 to the wheels on a good day.

And to those who were wondering, the supra is indeed a awesome car. The engine is incredible and the record for most hp on a stock block is something over 1000hp. They can be stupid fast but at the same time, I'm a finance major doing corporate so a modded g35c looked better in the parking lot. I love it.

The Supra is a great ride man. I love it too, but congrats on your G. You'll love it.

Hi:

I have had my '03, 6mt for two years now but still lust for a MK4 Supra TT. I also live in SD and belong to Socalsupras. Bought the 6mt because it was the closest new car to a MK4 that I could find. You will find the 6mt to be very nice.

I wasn't going to say anything, but since you brought it up... I also don't believe a Supra running stock twins with "minor bpu upgrades" will hit 478rwhp. Maybe if you're running a very high (unsafe) amount of boost. All the BPU Supras I've seen will do around 400+rwhp.
