Service Advice - Is Infiniti ****?

I did a some searching and couldn't really find an answer to this. Since I am relatively new to Infiniti (one month and one week) how **** are they when it comes to mods on a car when you go in for service? I'm going in to have the Clicking sound TSB performed on my car on monday. I don't really have anymods to my car other than the Typhoon CAI. Its carb legal and 50 state legal, but will they try and blame problems with my car on the intake. Should I take it off (which is a hassle) or would it not be a big deal. If this issue has already been addressed, sorry for opening up at new thread, but I did do some searching and didn't find a definitive answer. Thanks!!

I think it depends on your dealer. My service Rep. said he liked my pop charger & z-tube. He said he wishes the car sounded like that from the factory!!!

It depends on what you have serviced, if you go in for an oil change? why would they care if you got an CAI on or not, but if you go in for problem with your engine stalling? then that would be different story...

I forgot to mention that I was going to have them look at my idle. Its been really rough lately and feels as if its going to stall. Its been at about 500-600rpm at idle lately.

South Bay Infiniti liked the Z-Tube and Popcharger combination too. When I payed for the oil change service, they were suppose to clean out my air cabin filter. Instead, they cleaned out my popcharger which was pretty cool . Don't worry about the intake, shouldn't be too big of a problem.

Don't sweat it bro. Just make sure it's on properly and when you go in for service, talk to them and find out their attitude toward mods.
Some are cool with mods, some are **** as you say.
