Sway Bars

I was looking on Stillen's sight, and I'm also beginning to look around to spend some sweet muhla. How do sway bars work? Where do they go on your car? How much do they really improve handling?

there was just a summary posted on sway bars...search
basically they stiffen your suspension and reduces body roll
