My 2004 5AT coupe.... Value..?

Hi. I need advice on a pricing issue. I may possibly be parting with my 2004 G35 Coupe.. I was wondering what you guys think (ballpark) that I can get for it from a private buyer.. I am hoping to get about $32,000 for it...

Some things...

Diamond Graphite
Automatic Transmission
Running Mobil 1
XM Radio
Sport Package (18" wheels)
Approximately 14k miles.

Some aftermarket accessories:

Injen Full Catback exhaust
Z-tube intake
K&N air filter
Ground kit
Clear corners
Hardwired Escort 8500 X50 (blue) - radar detector
35% Formula 1 window tint

Exterior of the car looks great.. Exclusively hand washed... Paint in great condition.. Warranty is still effective.

Thanks

Check edmunds.com. Their prices seem more accurate than kbb.

Judging by what I have seen lately, 32k is full dealer retail. 30 k seems more like it for a private party sale. You would prob. do better taking the mods off and selling them on here. Mods may even HURT the value of your car.

32k is a lil too high. you can try and see if anyone bites. i think 27k-30k is fair

All cars drop their value right off the lot.

what are the pros/cons of selling to dealership or private party?

I've always traded in my car to the dealership because of not wanting to hassle with running ads. I know you can probably get a 2 - 3 K more private but do you get taxed on the total sale?
Thanks

I traded my 04 5AT in for a 05 6MT and they gave me $29,000 with 9k miles.
