does adding a plenum spacer also increase the sound since more air is coming?...does the car get louder alil?

I have the 1/2" with the thermal spacer on my '05 AT. Yes, it made a difference when I hit the power band.

When you hit around 3500-4000rpm, the car will come to life.

Yes, the spacer works in the 2005 automatics. It's only the manual transmissions that have seen minimal/no results. It DEFINITELY works for my '05 automatic!
