If you really have no time at all, what about running your car through one of those LaserWashes? They are the brush free power spray that does everything while you wait in the car. I'm not talking about the gasstation ones (some have it) with the spinning brushes. Are these ok for the quick run through?

they just opened one of those things by me, doesn't scratch your car, also doesn't clean it either

don't do it. when my car was one week old i did that. i wanted to get the dust off the car and i thought just a quick rinse would be good enough. i knicked my wheel on the rails. it was the worst feeling.
