Window tint tech question

I took custody of my 05 G last night, and I'd like to drop it off to get the window tint applied on Saturday, but the "re-sealing" function of the power windows worries me. Is there a fuse I can pull to temporarily halt that feature?

There is a window sensor that the tint technician will cover to mimic the door being closed. In effect the whole window will be available to tint. They should know about this, most luxury cars have this feature.

Theres a sensor (black rubber piece with one screw) in the door jamb that can be screwed of and unplugged. That's what they did to my G. After a few days I reconnected the plug and screwed it back on. Pretty simple.

Open up your door, you will see that there is a round rubber thingy which when you press it, the window rolls up as if it were closed. Thats what they do to install your tint. The auto rolling up and down didnt make my tint come out on my 04. Make sure its sunny so that it seals propperly.

Tint installers know bout this. If they dont, they are NOT GOOD. An experienced one will know how to do that without you needing to tell him.
